- MGMehak GhumanJan 2, 20261.0Ridham (Indian girl) is the rudest person I’ve come across. I was being super patient while she was taking forever to give information and then trying to overcharge me for the plans that I could see in my account online. When I tried to show her my account, she told me to go buy online then and turned away without listening to a single word after. I especially made a trip to the store because I was told on call by customer service to get the deals from store as they are better. Very disappointed in customer service, hire better employees.
