    Please be aware there is a scammer out somewhere sending emails to some people like me that there panera bread subscription was canceled because they have an invalid credit card and is asking for a new credit card over the phone. Please do not fall for this scammer if you get a call like I did. They had also somehow stole my other credit card information. Basically what I'm saying is the scammer had hacked both my credit cards after giving out one!

    The Panera on Rt 2 in Warwick ri is an A++ I’ve been there 100 or so times and everyone is in perfect harmony and exceed expectations in quality and exactness The Panera in Garden City in Cranston RI is a train wreck The dozen times I’ve been there is inexplicable. Never once has an order been as prescribed. I swear it’s done on purpose. I never get take out If I did I’d probably loss my mind as I did last time I had a sit down. After 12 disasters I finally went off at the pick up. I’m sorry I went off on the girl serving but she was the only only one there. Apparently the manager was afraid to stop by. I’ll never ask for my money back anywhere and on top of all this , believe it or not IM NOT A COMPLAINER!!!! What does that tell you? Why has this place not been shut down. It’s a thorn in a very respected food place

    I was not in an area that has a Panera on my birthday this month. When I returned home I went to the Panera in Edison,NJ. The coupon has expired for my birthday, and I told them I was not around a Panera before it expired. She flat out told me she couldn't help me, it was digital. I don't really frequent Panera , but this kinda puts me off all together. It's a pastry. Is it going to break the bank. Pour customer service

    Panera Bread in Stoughton MA is awful. I was charged 7.59 for a half of a salad with no meat and the price menu in the restaurant says 6.59. Then I get my “Greek” Salad and it was thrown together no onions or feta and the salad was wilted and yellow. I am so sick of poor service and low quality food. After paying for something you want to be satisfied. And the person preparing the food was unaware. Disappointing.
