    Lots of bad RXO complaints on here . RXO is a giant logistics company that unfortunately knows it and does not seem to care about actual consumer just pleasing vendor with low rates. My personal most recent issue was with a Peloton product that was scheduled to be delivered by their app. Given a window of 8am to 8 pm . So I took work off and planned my day around them. Around 5 PM I hadn’t heard anything so I called and they said I was number 10 delivery and they were on number 9 so expect them in 45 minutes to an hour but driver would call. I waited and waited ( I know sounds like I should just be quiet and deal with it ) but it’s not who I am so at 815 pm still no call or delivery so I called the support line . They informed me that the delivery was headed back to their warehouse because it was too late in day to make delivery. No more information could be given . Following day I called to see what the procedure is and they informed me that deliver was not made because client ( myself) changed status to reschedule mid delivery. Which I obviously Did NOT do but that’s what they put in I’m sure to make sure they don’t have those non delivery status against them so just blame it on consumers . So at that point they informed me it would be at least two days before I could re schedule delivery . I called Peloton and canceled my purchase at that time it’s only 3600 so not a meaningful number to them but it is a large purchase for me that I had to plan ahead for . I received cancellation confirmation from Peloton with apologies but not a care in the world from RXO which is Pelotons logistics partner .Two days later RXO keeps sending emails and texts about re scheduling so they can delivery. I’m pretty sure it’s a BOT automated system. So what’s solution to companies like this . They are blaming end user for non delivery so their numbers with the vendors they deliver for are not blamed on them . As an end customer buying through someone who uses them all we can do is not order products from companies that use RXO logistics . This world revolves around numbers not bad reviews. So do your part as I see majority of reviews in here are really bad with same patterns . Buy from sources that do NOT use RXO logistics at least in the New England area as I cannot speak for other branches experience. Good luck and I await a similar bot response as I see everyone else has gotten . Happy Holidays ❤️

    Gave a 12 hour window and never show then said they did not have item or any knowledge when it would be in stock

    I was supposed to have something delivered on a Friday from 4pm-7pm. I received no call that they were on the way and no call that they would not be able to complete the delivery that day. I had to call customer service that night to be notified that the delivery would not be arriving that day and that someone from this location would be contacting me to set up a delivery for the next day. I never received a call. The next delivery date available is yet another week day that would require me to take off work. There also seem to be no guarantee that the delivery will even be completed if I leave work on another week day that they schedule. Overall, the service is very poor and I have no idea when my delivery will arrive.
