- JLJames Lunsford2 days ago1.0I was supposed to have something delivered on a Friday from 4pm-7pm. I received no call that they were on the way and no call that they would not be able to complete the delivery that day. I had to call customer service that night to be notified that the delivery would not be arriving that day and that someone from this location would be contacting me to set up a delivery for the next day. I never received a call. The next delivery date available is yet another week day that would require me to take off work. There also seem to be no guarantee that the delivery will even be completed if I leave work on another week day that they schedule. Overall, the service is very poor and I have no idea when my delivery will arrive.
