The woman I dealt with was completely incompetent, and the manager she called over was even worse. They were rude, told me I didn't have the information I needed, and dismissed me. I went over to another title agency on Veterans WITH THE SAME INFO and was out in 15 minutes with the new plate and title information transferred. Unreal... don't waste your time here, you're going to end up somewhere else anyway.

I went in to have a vehicle title placed into the name of my trust, and they insisted they needed a separate tax ID — which is incorrect. A revocable living trust uses the grantor’s Social Security Number until death, per federal law. Even after I explained this, they argued instead of helping. Every step was a roadblock, no solutions offered. The manager or owner seemed totally disinterested. Overall, a frustrating experience with people who think they know more than they do. Go somewhere else — you’ll thank me later. Update: I went to EFS Auto Title on Veterans this morning with the exact same paperwork. I was in and out in 14 minutes. With my plate in hand. Jefferson Title is simply ill informed on the process.

Some African American Lady(DAPHNE) was rude to me when I had everything set. She had zero intention to help me out. She said someone with a Drivers license needed to come trying to infer that I didn’t have one because I was Hispanic. Everyone there works like the sloths from Zoothopia or whatever it’s called. NEVER COME HERE!! THERE IS A REASON WHY ITS EMPTY!!
