- JRJacob RanzauApr 17, 20231.0Not a review of this specific location, just for the company overall. IT IS AWFUL. I'm trying to access my own paystubs and W-2 and I just end up with a blank screen. The virtual assistant on the app is no help either. Half the time I can't log in because it says I'm unauthorized, but it's my password and username. When I try to verify my phone number to log in to get my tax documents, it can't verify that number as my own. On top of the abysmal way the website itself runs, the company has no real customer support operators to talk to, just automated machines. Whenever you have an issue that the machine can't "help" with, it just redirects you to your own employer's HR or Payroll department, who can't do much to help you. Overall, would rate zero stars if possible, but since I can't, 1 star will do. DO NOT USE THIS APP OR WEBSITE!!!!!
