Even more confusing is why wasnt it delivered to my house and just left for me to retrieve. It wasnt a package that had to be signed for and this “attempt” was made around 6pm apparently and I was home, no knock on the door or real “attempt”!

It's No One Else's job to then go hunting and searching for the owners of these packages. Each individual paid for shipping to FedEx to have their stuff delivered to their address. There needs to be an easier way to report this also instead of spending hours calling and filling out forms etc. Then how does it work to pay the lazy employee who just drops these in piles?? FedEx gets paid but then it's up to the general public to do your job.......Not Good! Not Good At All!! Do better and quickly. I would take the 1 star away if I could because this is truly pathetic.

Guess the company would rather pay customers for stolen packages then make their employees do their jobs and walk 12 more feet to the door!
