- CSCheyenne SolOct 19, 20252.0I went to pick up a shipment of medication for my husband (that is extremely vital for him as most of all medication is), and when I arrived at the counter, the man asked for an ID, which I provided. After looking at it, he told me I wasn’t 21 or older — even though I clearly am, and it’s stated right on my ID. I reiterated that I am, in fact, over 21, but he insisted that he needed “an adult” or my husband to pick up the package. He repeated this multiple times. Thankfully, my grandmother happened to be running errands with me and was able to come inside and sign for the medication. She also questioned why it was an issue since I’m legally an adult, but he repeated again that an “adult” was required and that it couldn’t be overridden. Tired of being spoken to as if I’m not an adult, I corrected him by saying that I am one, to which he responded, “sure if you say so,” implying that I was lying about my age — even with a valid legal ID in front of him. When I asked if there was a manager I could speak to, he said he was the manager. This was completely unprofessional behavior coming from someone claiming to be in management. I have NEVER had such issue picking up a package. Hopefully if anyone else goes to this location they don’t suffer his rude commentary and are ADULT enough to pick up their packages.
