  FedEx needs better drivers that read names and addresses better. I got an email that my package was delivered but it wasn’t delivered to my house. The driver that delivers in Medicine Lodge Ks needs to do a better job, he delivered my package to a different house on a different street. Other people have had there packages delivered at someone else’s house when they get a email saying the package has arrived when it wasn’t. FedEx drivers please do a better job

  Absolutely do not use this company. I trusted them to overnight my FEDERAL property. When I paid for it. First it took two 2 days not overnight which I paid for then when I got the package my main item which was the Federal item, was completely missing . I immediately called and reported it which they close just a few weeks later without contacting me or the sender or resolving ANYTHING. And I called to see why cause I still haven't been told what happened so when I got this email I called again. And this time NOONE, and I mean NO ONE would help me. Refuse to let me talk to a supervisor and even give me a name . They refuse to help me in any way shape or form and sent me on a phone circle goose chase. I will be filing a police report at this store for theft. We paid for a service we didn't receive, and FedEx losing this FEDERAL property has caused extreme issues. Every customer service rep would only say "don't worry, we started a claim for you", only for them to not ever do a single thing. 0/10 do NOT recommend, use the USPS or UPS literally hand deliver a package before trusting this place or company.

  I was fortunate to be able to stop at this location yesterday during very busy errands I was managing. All of the ladies at this store were so nice and helpful, showing me how to email my posters so that they can print and trim them. It was surely the quickest and easiest time I've ever had in any FedEx store. And the best part was all of these absolute QUEENS were going way out of their way to take care of a woman who seemed to be struggling with a document she needed. 10/10 will be sending my posters in here again!
