- KKKIKIN81Dec 31, 20251.0I have never received a package on time from USPS. I have had packages out for delivery for 3 days. I have had packages arrive 2 weeks late. Just bad experience overall. I don't recommend USPS to ship your mail. Unless it is not important mail and timeline is not an issue. Also you can't even call USPS like you used to anymore, and you can submit a concern online but you never get an answer for your concern either.

Instead of greeting you and asking how she can help, she immediately starts shouting commands at you. While I was patiently waiting for the customers in front of me to finish, she kept yelling at me to 'bring your envelope here!' even though I wasn't just dropping off an envelope and was perfectly content to wait my turn. She never asked, "are you just dropping off?" She might benefit from a training that teaches her to ask questions that help her know what the customer needs help with. Most days I have the patience for her, but today was just too much. I'm ready to start going to a different location to avoid her.
