Acted as if I were a burden just for walking in, politely said I needed to make a return and I have a label. He proceeded to put the label on my face and told me I needed another label for the other box, I told him that was all I was given. Word for word "that's not my problem, get a hold of the company." He then just glared at me after I said okay and was silent. Dude seriously needs to get fired.

My first interaction with this individual was unpleasant, but I chalked it up to a bad day or to something personal causing him stress. We never know what is happening in people's lives. However, every interaction with him has ended the same way: rude, short-tempered, unapologetic, unprofessional, and lacking any customer friendliness. Today was the final straw. I understand there are policies in place, but being so rude, failing to offer a solution, or even an apology, is unacceptable. Moving forward, I will travel across town to pick up my packages. Unfortunately, I will now opt for UPS or the postal service to ship my packages. I hope that Chris's manager will coach and develop him. There are multiple reviews naming Chris. I would think the company would take notice.
