- JFJulian FosterSep 5, 20251.0Absolutely a disgrace. Had a express package shipped to arrive at my place of work . 6:35 it showed up after being told ,it would arrive between 9am and 1pm . Today get told out for delivery and it's time got moved to 8pm I stayed at work as this package was important no show no update. So because of this FedEx I decided to return to sender and requested a full refund and if they still want my business. Not to use FedEx with any transactions I do going forward this isn't the first time. Hopefully the company i do business with moves on from FedEx. Not international standards at all . There is no coming back from this. So day 3 they now have posted a picture that was take by the 1st driver saying unable to deliver so that just shows the character for FedEx. How many people have they scammed like that I'm at work hopeing they show up no one arrived and they posted Thursdays photo unable to deliver. Unbelievable they can keep there lies with the package I'm doing a refund and I will be terminating any business that uses FedEx as there Currier that is disgraceful.

So i go to office at shipping center and the are closed.
