Tuesday it took a nap at the facility (I guess), then put on truck for delivery today (Wednesday). It has not returned to facility and neither time was a delivery attempted! I guess it needs another nap at the facility. Called today and the customer service lady said they are doing all they can to d liver on time…it is now 5 days late! I’m not having any similar issues with UPS and will do all I can to use them only in the future! 1 star ⭐️ and would give 0 if possible.

We paid extra to have a pkg delivered by December 3rd, it is a signature required so I stayed out the house all day. We knew that fed ex was in Beloit Kansas around 5 pm…this town is less than 30 miles north of us. The driver claimed on the tracking that package could not be delivered to bad weather. There was no weather or bad roads to prevent the package. So there is no reason other than the driver did not complete the delivery on the day as it should have been. Today we requested the pkg come no later than 1030…at the time of this review 1130…still no pkg.
