- JSJen SDec 11, 20251.0To many packages coming through this facility are running late! Tracking doesn’t update like it should! I have a package that left Kansas City at 2:12 this morning and should’ve made it to Pittsburgh in plenty of time to have been on the truck today, but nope it’s not even checked in and tracking has an updated. It’s a good thing. I have nothing else to do but sit around and wait for them all day.

Someone is obviously stealing them, because this is the only facility this happens at and has happened numerous times. I’m reaching out to corporate and going to get this looked into. 4 packages over a 6 month span have showed up to FedEx in Pittsburg KS and then disappear.

Then when it doesn’t arrive and I check the status, it tells me they attempted to deliver but nobody was home. I work from home and when I’m not home packages have been left on my doorstep before with no issues except the one that was left on a windy day and blew off. They should have a status that says we are incompetent and can’t find your house. Do better Fedx!!! I’ve needed these items for my grandson and am thankful it’s not life or death medication.🤬
