Kevin is very nice and helpful, he made this tedious process for us fun. His manager however (we don't know his name) was rude and seemed very annoyed with anything task/request that was requested from him. He could use some people skills, perhaps from Kevin.

While waiting in line, I observed a customer ahead of me who was frustrated about a delivery redirect was continuing to send packages to wrong address. Miranda handled the situation with remarkable empathy and professionalism. Although the issue wasn’t something she could directly resolve, she promptly offered to connect him with customer service through a soft transfer, ensuring he felt heard and supported. As someone with over 30 years of customer service experience and a background in UX, I’m trained to spot genuine care and skill in action—and Miranda has it. Her ability to read the situation, show compassion, and take initiative stood out. Honestly, she should be managing the place! Her positive demeanor lifted my mood, and I left the store feeling better than when I walked in. Thank you, Miranda, for making a tough day a little brighter!
