I sent a print order via FedEx and somehow, the wires got crossed and it got sent to a location all the way across the company! I was in a pinch and she truly went out of her way to not just connect with the store in question, but also expedited the job! I made it just in time to my event with the print outs I needed! I appreciate them so much for them going through all the trouble to help me out!

I was mortified at my mistake and worried my boss would find out but Adam swooped in and saved the day. He was so patient and made sure my package was sent for delivery to the correct address. I followed up a couple days later and Adam had the day off but Melissa came to my rescue and tracked down the tracking and made sure I had all the correct info. Thank you to such a delightful staff! Made my day!
