  Jeff was extremely easy to work with, very communicative, and was able to explain things in a way I could understand them. Additionally, our initial M&A agreement includes an earn out clause where we would not receive the additional valuation for 4-5 years. By the time we closed the transaction, Jeff was able to guide us through the negotiation to obtain that extra valuation upfront rather than down the road. I would not hesitate to work with Jeff again and would recommend him for others working through M&A deals.

  Jeff was recommended to me by a trusted friend when we needed to negotiate a retail lease.   Signed off a few years ago on some labor contracts I had written out. Went over them with me thoroughly edited them to fit all my needs for subcontractors and charged a decent price. Really nice guy, professional and informed. Forgot to review him at the time so doing so now.
