- NBNina BeebeAug 8, 20231.0Worst experience EVER from onboarding until now. They filed our tax returns incorrectly in 2020. I have been trying to get this resolved for almost 3 years. I am still waiting for a resolution. They finally sent the IRS the amended tax returns April 2023. They are supposed to refund us penalties & interest of approx. $20,000 but haven't done it yet. They continue to make excuses. We stopped using ADP in 2021 because of all the issues however, I am still dealing with the residuals. Save yourself the headache. Go anywhere else.
