Just had a terrible experience at this store. I went in looking for help preparing a package for shipping and was met with an extremely rude employee. Apparently, I asked too many questions, because he literally walked away as he sarcastically hollered, "Have a good day." No customer service skills at all and certainly no interest in helping me. I'm on my way to UPS.

All I wanted was to print some PDFs on my phone. Spent over 30 minutes trying to get it printed, but never came close! Three different employees couldn’t figure out how to help, Including a store manager. I finally left as they just started to ignore me while I tried to get their system work. Finally bought a flash drive, drove home, copied the files onto the drive and returned to FedEx where they were finally able to print the files. The staff was no help, couldn’t come with a solution, and made me spend 1.5 hours just to print pdfs. I will try to avoid this location in the future.

Package returns here are insane. Employees are aggressively trained to insist you need extra packaging for a return item which in turn would cost you money of course.... On two occasions now I have been barraged with questions about the quality of packing for my return shipments from Amazon. I have never been so aggressively questioned for a return shipments in my life. My last conversation went something like this (I'm very close with no exaggeration): Me: Hello, just dropping off a return. Them: Whats in the package? Me: A ring camera. Them: How is the item packaged. Me: ??? In the box you see before you. The return label is on the box and its ready to go. Them: Yes, but how did you package the camera in the interior of the box. Me: I did nothing. Its the box its shipped in. I am returning it. Them: Sir, our conveyor belts go upward of 45 mph. If not properly packaged the item can be damaged. Me: Well its shipped exactly like it was from Amazon so I assume its OK for the return. Its just the cameras box in the box you see in front of you. Them: No bubble wrap or Styrofoam? Me: No..... Them: How was the camera packaged in the box it came in? Me: ???????? Like the manufactures box the camera is packaged in? Them: Yes Me: Good? Them: Ok, but was it bubble wrapped or any Styrofoam Me: No. Look I'm not a shipping expert. I'm just trying to make a return. Them: Ok, so nothing in the cameras box either. Me: *visibly annoyed* Look, I just want to return this. It was nested into corrugated cardboard. What if I say nothing what exactly are you trying to get at. Them: We require that all items be properly packaged. If its not properly package then we can repackage it here to insure it will not be damaged in transit. Me: It's fine. It needs no other packaging. Them/Me: *stare off* Them: Scans box Honestly, it was absolutely insane and I the exchange above is very close to the actual conversation as close as I can remember. That said, I realized there is a FedEx Office near my work. I just go there now for my returns. No hassle what so ever. They just scan and give me my receipt. I honestly suggest you do the same.

Did not get my package on time, neither at the right address. It was not a few times. I have friends that had experienced the same situation. Also, I've lost money because of it.
