- ECEmily ColeDec 4, 20251.0I called ProShred at 3:54 pm and the phone rang endlessly until someone picked up the phone, said nothing, and put me on hold. 8 minutes later, someone picked up the phone, again said nothing, and hung up on me. Originally I was calling to get a copy of our pick-up schedule so that I could be ready for the next pick up (which should absolutely be available through the portal, but isn't), but after the horrible "customer service", I think I'll just cancel our account now.
