  Older lady that works the front counter, Dana, has NO business working in the front! Always has a scowl on her face and complains about doing her job. Put her in the back re-stocking because that's where she belongs, NOT in front representing your store!

  Date: 9/18/25 Subject: Customer Service Concern I just left your store after interacting with a front customer service representative named Brittany, and I was very disappointed with how I was treated. She was extremely rude and had one of the worst attitudes I’ve experienced in a long time. I’m a frequent customer — whether shopping for work, school, or Amazon pickups — but after today, I’m considering using another location where the staff is friendlier. I wanted to share this feedback because I value good customer service, and this experience fell far short.

  I took an Amazon return into the store and an older woman, with short blondish hair, was behind the counter. She sighed and complained about having to leave what she was doing to help me. She said my return had to be out of the box. However, the Amazon return that I selected said it needed to be in a box. She was rude and if she's going to continue to be in customer service she needs to get her act together. If she is at the counter, turn around and walk out. Do your return another day.

  I went in to have 2 pieces of paper copied at 4:15. The worker in there told me she couldn't make my 2 copies because it was to close to closing, when she had 45 mins. to do it. I will never go back to that store again.
