Highly encourage anyone looking for flexible office spaces or coworking to take a look... accessible location, near downtown, and perhaps the X factor is the special culture embedded to The Quixote as well. Redesigned and managed by people who care about PLACE and making Indy better for everyone... The way they've transformed the space to blend the original aesthetic with a flexible workspace is fantastic. And having somewhere to grab coffee on the first floor makes it easy to host people and have meetings.

- CFChad FrazellDec 10, 20255.0The Quixote is a really unique/cool building located on Washington St in the Near-eastside of Downtown Indianapolis. It’s got a ton of amenities, like co-working options, small business offices and event space capabilities. I’ve had a few meetings there and it has everything I needed to be efficient. I will be signing up for a monthly co-working membership in the near future. There is also a coffee-shop on the first floor, that has delicious pastries and coffee/drink options, which is incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this facility/building for your business office/space needs and also for a place to hang out in a cool neighborhood!
