Expect bad faith is the one thing they are legally obligated to refrain. There is so much evidence against their driver in this accident but they just stamp denied and do not provide sensible reason. This company is doing exactly what everyone was afraid of when insurance became big business. They get to do whatever they want when it comes time to pay their claims.
