After a week with no heat I called yelling and cussing trying to figure out why there Heating and Air company had not returned any of my phone calls or emails! Me yelling obviously worked because they authorized me to call my own company! 7 months later I've still not received my reimbursement check! I filed a new claim June 15 for my central air and as of today June 19 I can't get any of the 3 contractors they told me to call, to call me back! This warranty is a joke!!! I'll be calling the BBB as well. So buyer Please be aware never use this company for your home warranty. I will say the title process went smoothly as possible and they were awesome handling that part of the home sale.
