- RERachael ElikerJun 13, 20132.0They are in a rush, NEVER return phone calls and get all huffy when you mention their poor customer service (all I asked what whether or not they could have someone call me back or if I was supposed to keep calling). They filed some paperwork on our behalf and two months later, it's still not done. Called to talk to someone and she didn't understand what I was asking because she kept talking over me rather than listening. Took my phone number and guess what? Didn't call back. Frustrated and not very impressed.
