- JMJenna MiddletonAug 19, 20251.0I went to Jarvis & Associates to get my taxes done for my 501c3 organization. They were excellent in person and made me feel very comfortable. After my first initial visit there, everything dropped off the wagon. I would need to wait weeks to get a returned email or phone call. They needed to file an extension with my taxes (even when I went there months in advance before taxes were due). It's so hard to communicate with this firm. I also dropped off payment promptly to get my taxes paid for and no one even called or sent an email that it was received. Go somewhere else.
