  I went to Jarvis & Associates to get my taxes done for my 501c3 organization. They were excellent in person and made me feel very comfortable. After my first initial visit there, everything dropped off the wagon. I would need to wait weeks to get a returned email or phone call. They needed to file an extension with my taxes (even when I went there months in advance before taxes were due). It's so hard to communicate with this firm. I also dropped off payment promptly to get my taxes paid for and no one even called or sent an email that it was received. Go somewhere else.

  Terrible experience with Ron Jarvis. He misplaced some of my paperwork and did not locate for many months. Not surprising since the entire office just has folders and documents everywhere. A huge disappointment and ended up going elsewhere.

  As a business/tax attorney, I find that I have many clients that are in need of an affordable and skilled CPA/accountant since I do not prepare federal or state tax returns. When I refer a client to another professional, I am well aware that I place my reputation on the line when I refer a client to someone else. That said, I do not hesitate to place my trust in Ron and his firm to assist my clients in the preparation of their federal and state tax returns. No matter how complex that accounting matter may be or the sophistication of the tax return, I trust Ron will provide excellent service and accounting advice.
