Drove to facility , quick turnaround of 10 min they charge you by the weight and you could see the items being shredded in front of you.
- BBBilly BoyOct 25, 20191.0If I was able to give 0 stars I would lady at front desk was beyond rude with her tone of voice, I went there a couple months back to have papers shredded they were nice and accommodating, today was a whole different story went in looking to get papers shredded and the lady was rude and unprofessional luckily shes not the only shredding place around walked into one in Orland park paid the same I would have paid here and they we very nice, I wouldn't be surprised if this place closes, someone give crabby lady a candy bar to control her PMS!!!

The guys who pickup the documents for shredding are always friendly and courteous and the people in the office are always prompt and responsive to your requests. It's nice to work with PROSHRED.
