There was a White, Older woman, with shoulder length hair, wearing glasses who was very curt and inappropriately sarcastic to the Black Senior Citizen and Black Realtor during their entire closing experience. This was supposed to be nothing short than a triumph celebratory time for this specific senior citizen who experienced a lot which included the sudden passing of her husband of 42 years. I was so disgusted by what I witnessed the short time I was at The First American Title company in Tinley Park, IL. A direct and sincere apology is warranted to these individuals IMMEDIATELY! Please train these individuals on treated everyone with kindness who enter your doors and leave all questionable bias at home
