    I purchased an oil change on Groupon at the Car X at 2409 N Ashland Ave they lied and said he wasn’t set up to take Groupon, I just purchased the Groupon about 2 hours before I went there! I truly believe it was because I was a black female! He told me to go to any other Car X and the one I called on acted like he didn’t want to honor it! I will never come to Car X for anything, and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

    Worst I have ever encountered went in for a tune-up came out with my car not running correctly. The Technician down played his Involvement responsibility and accountability by shift blaming that it was something else, not his work that caused the problem or that been like that wanting more money out my pockets for Improper diagnosis was put on a machine which read Malfunction but Technician Chose to ignore down played that it was something else causing the problem had a friend come in and talk to me Not a technician a friend.Things was not right when I pulled it off the lot driving it home,had to go back serval time Consecutive, and problem still existed causing my belt to slip off,no it's not broken put my life and my son's life in danger,now I am out of a car.

    The worst I have ever Encounter,when getting my car fixed,had to go back and forth to see Technician because lack of responsibility, and accountability that was blamed shifted, Inaccurate diagnosis,so more money can come out of my pocket, forgot to do work i paid for on my car,car was worst after tune-up not working Properly as it should,belt slipped not broken after tune-up,and no solution was made.so my experience was not the best. Now I am out of a car.

    Called car c in Charleston Illinois to let them know I had an exhaust leak in my car and that my warranty thru silver rock would cover it. Right from the beginning the store manager gave all kinds of excuses about silver rock and how incompetent they are. He kept saying the say it’s covered but when I call it never is just kept given excuses. Then suggested I take to another place in town to have it welded lol. I told him my warranty won’t cover that. So a week went by he called me to bring it in to the shop and he looked at it and told me the same thing to have it welded. I said no so he ended up calling silver rock and the are gona cover the cost. So another week went by he told me he needed to take pictures to send to the warranty company. So I drove over and he just told me to drive up onto the ramps I asked if I needed to get out he said no it won’t take long. He lifted me in my car completely in the air. I posted pictures to prove what had happened. So he gets pics I leave and next few days he calls and says it’s all good he will order parts that day July 16th and give me a that Wednesday or Thursday to set up an appointment on July 22nd. I never heard from him so I left him several messages on Wednesday July 17 to call me and let me know what’s going on. Never heard from him. So now it’s another week he is on vacation. At this point me and my photos will contact a lawyer about the store manager putting my life at risk the day he let me sit in the car as it was suspended in the air.

    I wish I could give negative stars. I called to make an appoint for my car to get inspected. The day of the appointment, I walk in only to be brushed off like I was unimportant. I call to tell them about their customer service. So I called/ sent an email about the recent experience. So when I called them back They seemed interested in my rotten experience. I was told by the customer service person that its 1 to 2 days and they get back with you. I called them back to see what's going on. To this day, there still hasn't been a resolution even though it really should have been cut and dry. Seriously, shame on you! You really need to step up your game. I'm really surprised your still in business.
