Once in our store I was told it couldn’t be done (I already explained what needed to be done previously so was confused why he showed up if they couldn’t do it). He piddled on my computer for over an hour then left not having done what he came to do. Surprised when I got a bill for $150 for NOTHING. Showing up isn’t cool if you can’t do what needs to be done. Used two other PC companies since this fiasco with no problems what JKCSI had shown lost me and my two employees as future customers. The haughty attitude and lack of ethics are undeserving of my money, time, and privacy.
