  We recently purchased a 2026 Forest River Campsite Elite 36AK fifth wheel from Camping World. While we were excited about our purchase, our post-sale experience with Camping World staff regarding basic operational support was disappointing and fell well below the expectations we had for a retailer of your size and reputation.

  Insurance claims to replace roof. Bartow location calls complete pick it up. Have photos of poor workmanship. Bubbles and wrinkles in New roof. First time driving it it will probably peel. Did Not accept. STILL Waiting. Update. Forwarded pictures to vip

  Our Sales person at Camping World was great...but their service department is awful to say the least. Our camper was in the Winter 2024 for issues that wound up not being properly handled. So we had to take it back again in November of 2025. We just picked it up, 4 months later and they left the inside of our camper a complete mess! We are absolutely disgusted and very upset over the condition in which the inside of our camper was left! The most disgusting and aggravating being our mattress! Our clean mattress had a piece of plastic not even big enough to cover the bottom half. There is dirt, debris and dead bugs...not on top of the plastic, BUT ON OUR ACTUAL MATTRESS!!! Not to mention saw dust all over the floors, bathroom counter, sinks, kitchen counters, couch and side areas of the couch. Shoe print on the floor of our bathroom and some other stain left in the shower. They left lights on which drained our battery and they did not latch our shower door. And it gets worse...we drive 35 minutes home to find out that they left our gray tanks completely filled with water!!! Not only have the temperatures been below freezing for weeks (up until recent), but we also had to carry all of that extra weight home! Complete disregard and disrespect to our property. This was the Camping World in Hamburg, PA. To say we are disgusted is an understatement!

  Worst experience I've ever had. We were in a accident and our 5th wheel had very minor damage. Camping World in Kansas City said they would have everything fixed and back to us in no more than 3 weeks it took them 9 months. They wouldn't call us or return calls and when we did make contact with them they lied to us over and over to the point where we called and they said it was done so we drove over an hour to pick it up and it was nowhere near complete. Winter was approaching and we told them to winterize it before it got to cold well they called and said it was complete we got it home and went over everything only to find out they winterized it wrong and froze and split the kitchen faucet so back it went. When we got the call it was complete they put the wrong faucet in and it leaked so we called them and was told it is what it is that they don't make a faucet that fits our camper that was yet another lie. So another place is going to replace the faucet with the correct one. So a lesson learned I will never go in or buy anything from any Camping world and everyone I've talked to is aware of all the problems we've had and most of them have said they to have had a lot of problems with Camping World and also lied to by their staff PITIFUL!!!

  I have not been to the corporate office. But this review popped up and asked me to fill it in. So I'm happy to do that based on actual services and times I've been to Camping World Location. the quality of service is very spotty and not very good overall. So decided to go elsewhere for service for my RV in the future. Lemonis has retired and that could be good for the company because he seems to be a great marketing guy and a good guy but his follow through and service management lack a lot I don't care how much money you have.
