Then All documents were to be picked up not mailed due to lost mail, bad service, and very confidential info on them such as full social security number. Of course they said they mailed the 1099 which was never received . They gave a poor excuse as to why that happened since all paper I signed and the document they gave on how we wanted paperwork and check to be delivered clear say picking up everything and do not mail. Well thanks to them I have Identity theft. Stay away from this title company I know they may have cheaper cost but it goes to say cheap work gets you cheap results.
