Running away from duties and responsibilities. Bullying and threatening carries. Charging made up and non sense fees. Stay away as much as you could.

Four hours later, I was still sitting there with no response. Broker stopped answering phone and email. The customer said they had no appointment scheduled. After documenting everything, I called 311 and filed a claim . I also sent proof of waiting time and detention request — no reply. This is a company that doesn’t value carriers. They play games, disappear when it’s time to pay, and ignore responsibility. Avoid them if you care about your time and money.

It is not Thursday. There is a $200 reduction on the rate con for proof of delivery. I should actually reduce your rate of $40 for the difference in detention and the late proof of delivery.
