I called the storage unit place twice to ask for help that wasn't even necessarily their responsibility. The lady her name was Candice was incredible like to the point where there is really no words to describe her level of kindness and all the help that she gave. She actually had me come over to the storage helped me navigate and figure everything out got my problem solved she made a situation that started off very stressful something that was actually enjoyable. She was kind she knew her job very well and went above and beyond her job description. Multiple people coming in she multitasked like a superstar. We absolutely loved dealing with her and I would keep getting units from that storage place just to know she was going to be on the other end

We emptied our storage unit in October of 2024 and the process was easy. We highly recommend Kingsgate storage.
