Honestly, it’s a tough competition between them for who’s more rude. I had some heavy packages, and every time they said they couldn’t take anything over 150 lbs—which is fair—but I had to keep repeating that mine were only 115 lbs. One even tried to “verify” by measuring it, though the weight was clearly printed on the box. That was very funny but stupid lol. I’d give them 10/10 for rudeness and stupidity. No wonder they make a great team—equally rude, equally clueless. It must be a lot of work for them, but a little empathy and compassion wouldn’t hurt.
