I went here a week ago to send back a package to Amazon- of coarse they can’t print the label- of courier computer doesn’t work to do it… a week later I called to check to see if it’s fixed- nope. Ok I won’t do business here and they are ok with it, they don’t want to actually help you… they are human robots trying to survive another day returning Amazon products in a climate controlled store front.. if they can find a way NOT to help you that’s exactly what they will do. I thought the east moline location was the worst but it’s not- this one wins as the worst. Save yourself a headache and time just drive to east moline and let this place dissolve.

So I started stressing out but instead of the employee getting frustrated with me like most places do he was calm and directed the people in line what options were! He was so helpful! I don't like going out do to stressing out so easily but people like him make me feel so happy and hopeful that life will get better for me!

Yes, most of the time the older ladies are unpleasant. In fact robotic in tone as other reviews suggest. I get it. Some people who don't ship on the regular might be caught off guard by the additional charges. And yes, there's nothing on any shelf to purchase. I guess buy these for your home for the future. The one particular older lady treats the place like it's a constant revolving door. And if you are not quick enough for her, you will get that rude edginess. This is as true review you will ever get. This drop off is close to my home and will continue to be my drop off.
