- KWKelsey WatsonDec 26, 20251.0Did not love my very brief experience with Laura. I brought in a box of items I’m shipping back to a company to return. She asked if that’s how I wanted to ship it, so I said I don’t know & was just confused at what she was getting at? She asked me to shake the box. I did not because I’m not a child and I know what happens when things move around in a box. Eventually I had to be the one to ask her what she is wanting me to do. She never fully came out and suggested any certain box or item for me to buy to make the shipping better, so I just said ummmmm… honestly I really don’t care. Then she handed me the tape and the sticker to put on myself. Not sure if that part is normal as you can clearly tell from our earlier interaction I don’t ship things very often. I’m sure she is a lovely person, just did not get to experience that today lol.

I had never had anything packaged and shipped before she made it very enjoyable. I had first gone to UPS and they were rude and said they didn't have boxes and it would take at least two weeks to ship my items. They actually recommended Fedex. Took them up on their offer. Fedex sent me a tracking update, they will be delivering my package tomorrow morning. AWESOME!!! Never going back to UPS again.

They printed them very quickly, but the print was a little too small to read. They reprinted them in larger print on a rush at no charge, and offered condolences. This is an excellent location, great staff, great service!
