The girl behind the counter rudely asked what we wanted while the guy behind her stared. She acted like we were a total inconvenience to her. She spun the computer around for us to type our info in and left. Another customer came in and in my opinion was also treated the same by the guy. After not being able to figure it out we left. It probably would’ve taken her a minute to help us but was completely dismissive to us. I’ll order online from a different company before I give this place any more of my money.

Don’t plan on going there to ship anything, label maker is always conveniently down. And they don’t want to do Happy Returns either as they move at a snails pace and act like they’re not paid to do their job. Take your business elsewhere at all costs.
