Went to Staples to print some paperwork from email. Couldn't use self serve because the file wouldn't load to the third party site they use. Some unfriendly, portly middle aged man was extremely unhelpful, said if that didn't work it was too bad. Some weird, pale little fellow joined him and agreed. I would have used the UPS store, where they actually help customers, but it was closed.
So Staples won't help you print a few pages if their self serve option fails. Thats absolutely ridiculous. It's obvious neither of these people have any customer service skills at all. Found out that Staples is closing. Can't imagine why this store is failing.
Staples, your service sucks. Your associates despise customers. Now you've lost market share.

The store had poor customer service. I started ordering online because it was not a desirable store to enter.

Rude customer service from Cameron. I have dealt with his poor attitude and behavior before. Rolls his eyes, sighs, and all around rude. I don’t know why I get stuck with him when I go in. Zero politeness.

Went in Sunday October 19th at 11:40ish to have a rubber stamp made with our address. The girl behind the counter rudely asked what we wanted while the guy behind her stared. She acted like we were a total inconvenience to her. She spun the computer around for us to type our info in and left. Another customer came in and in my opinion was also treated the same by the guy. After not being able to figure it out we left. It probably would’ve taken her a minute to help us but was completely dismissive to us. I’ll order online from a different company before I give this place any more of my money.
