waited 20 mins to cash a money order out that I purchased from this joke of a place, to be told they don’t have enough money which is a lie. Told to go find another place to cash it.

We had the best experience. Our counter guy was knowledgeable and friendly. Gave my daughter some stickers. We left with a smile on our faces.

UPS Store (Kahala) Worst customer service ever. I cannot believe the level of attitude and lack of professionalism by Ryan and (manager) Stephen, who couldn’t be bothered to extend any customer service other than Ryan telling me I can’t get my packages back, and Stephen telling me I can get my packages back but that I won’t get a refund. I was overcharged and hung up on. Worst of the worst.

5 packages delivered to the wrong house in the past few months and over 10 in the past year! Complained 3 times already but they don't do anything. One time they even said that it was delivered by the mailman but it wasn't. We even have cameras to show that it wasn't delivered! Only got 2 packages back and lost over $100 in items lost. Unbelievable!

Love and hate this place. First of all, I have a PO Box here and I come to pickup mail here pretty often. I only go to the service desk when I need help as the lines always seem to be long. The lines do move quickly but could move faster if the customers were more prepared. The pet peeve is that the parking lot is crazy busy and people just block the driveway and lot hoping for the next stall. This blocks the entrance to the mall ant Pahoa Avenue during the day. Overall it's good for what we got.
