I cannot believe the level of attitude and lack of professionalism by Ryan and (manager) Stephen, who couldn’t be bothered to extend any customer service other than Ryan telling me I can’t get my packages back, and Stephen telling me I can get my packages back but that I won’t get a refund. I was overcharged and hung up on. Worst of the worst.
