  Terrible service!! Two orders from Walmart on their way back to sender after telling me I can pick them up at the their office!! Right after work, I went straight to their office THE SAME DAY they attempted to deliver my packages and I was told they are on a plane going back to sender. I’m still amazed how Amazon can deliver packages to my door and FedEx cannot. I’ve waited for these orders just find out they’re getting shipped back?? I mean two packages and they don’t even hold them for even one day?! I’ve started my refunds today. From now on every time I see FedEx on my deliveries I’ll cancel it right away. I’ll make sure my family and friends will boycott FedEx as well!! Enough is enough!!

  FedEx online account seem to make no sense and counterintuitive to use so I don’t even use it, for physical delivery to my address on Hawaii Kai, they are usually ok and mostly on time, but my last two shipments for perishable caviar which was supposed to be priority overnight shipments are both over a day late, the origional and the replacement. Also coincidentally the driver they assigned to deliver in my area also has the same first name Sean as me, and we very likely have different last name, my last name is Brown, my middle name is Alexander, my birthdate is October 15, 1985, and ore importantly we are two completely separate and different people, and as a paying customer for item that are perishable, I would like to receive my item fresh and in good condition. Also just because someone with the same first name Sean as me deliver my order late, it is not my fault the order is late and each should take responsibility for their own action and mistakes or accomplishment. I never worked for any mailing company or any delivery services as I have not received a paycheck from anyone’s payroll since 2013, as I have been self employed and worked for myself and has been my own boss since 2013. Also as the paying customer who is the rightful owner of the item, when I order perishable and it is late it can ruin the goods or damage its quality, I do think FedEx has policy to reimburse for overnight delivery when it is late so FedEx should reimburse seller for the shipment fees, and I think FedEx should also reimburse for damage for the perishable items when they deliver it late and the item is ruined if it is due to lateness in delivery. I also don’t understand how an item loaded to a FedEx delivery truck in the morning on downtown Oahu which only takes less than an hour to reach my location in Hawaii Kai is not prioritized when it is already a day late and is still not delivered by 5 pm, one would think fedex would make special note to get those late priority delivery delivered first when they are behind. Instead it seems to me FedEx and their driver just go on regular route and treat late priority overnight shipment like other regular route item.

  Went to pickup my package. Worker said she couldn’t retrieve it because it was on a pallet.

  Loved their customer service. Paid less for a 2-day shipping than UPS. Awesomeness! Mahalo nui, FedEx!!

  Waited in line for a half hour, with a heavy item while five employees twiddled their thumbs behind the counter. And at no point did any of the employees who had already formulated a response say a damn word while I waited, as soon as they called me to the counter they said the item would not be accepted at this location even though I had received the item from FedEx ground and was shipping the item back in the same packaging and condition I received it. They simply stated the the item would not be accepted based on a policy they couldn't provide after I just drove down from Kapolei. After asking to speak with the manager, he kindly informed me I needed to go to a FedEx freight terminal to prevent my package from damaging anybody else's goods, I respect that and appreciate his guidance and telling me where I needed to go but all five of the other employees I interacted with before him showed no value to any patrons, time and consistently harassed people who are trying to purchase postage or mail packages.
