Greg and Curtis went above and beyond to help us find the right packaging solution, packed everything with care, and were very patient with us as we worked through shipping multiple items. Most helpful and best customer service I’ve had at a FedEx location. Thanks Greg and Curtis!

I lost my $1200 diamond bracelet there and security guard Parker helped me look for it everywhere. I am so grateful and truly appreciate his honesty and integrity! Best security guard ever. - WTW TAug 23, 20251.0I went to ship a package on Saturday afternoon and waited in the Pack and Ship area for some time. Staff glanced at me but ignored me, even though one was helping a customer nearby. When I asked if anyone was working that area, I was told no, and that this is “one” store, so separate sections don’t matter despite the signs. Either the staff is poorly trained or indifferent, but the basic expectation is that someone would offer assistance. This is simply unacceptable.

I said hi and patiently waited while he stared at the computer screen. Guess he was so busy it made him lose his hearing? Customer service sucks. Won't come back here with that hostile man working behind the counter. The guy at the printer is the rude one..he shouldn't be in customer service
