  Terrible experience. It takes a long time to get help from each department. The manager just provides general information and no real assistance at all.

  I've been using ADP for the past 29 years. The customer service has gone down the toilet.. We had a new employee that came from the country was applying for a Social Security number so on the ADP website there's a box called applied for so the new employee from the country can get paid while we're waiting for the Social Security number and typically takes two maybe sometimes three months depending on how fas social Security office is moving. So our Hawaii unemployment insurance is due the guys at ADP submit the unemployment insurance with the person included with no Social Security number A month later, I received an email from the state saying that I'm delinquent on my account Call ADP I was on the phone for an hour and a half because the person that was helping me couldn't get a hold of anybody in the tax department. This started October 2 and and today is September 7 it still hasn't been resolved. I received two phone calls from the state and an email. I've asked ADP to escalate it. They said it'll take anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks for them to pay the unemployment insurance so I asked to talk to supervisor, the following day on the phone from another person said that they'll contact me called six times each time I have to go through explaining what the problem is been on the phone for an hour never receive a phone call if you're small business do not waste your time using an ADP customer service really stinks I contacted the local rep here in Hawaii and her excuse was just a sales person. There's nobody I can contact her. She can contact somebody in the mainland that's above her, but I guess they were in commission so I just get an email saying that I'm sure I was trying to add a module or add a service to ADP. They would definitely help me out. I am moving for sure. It's the worst experience I've had. It's frustrating.
