But I called for a simple printing question (I wanted to know if they had an inkjet printer so I can print onto transfer paper) and the staffer didn’t realize she was not on mute when she asked the question and the manager proceeded to make fun of me and laugh at my question. C’mon man, common courtesy? We are all trying to do our job. Don’t make it so difficult.
