I asked for a standard 12x17x3 box, he asked his associate for that size, they came back with a 23x17x12 box. I asked if this was the right size and it was confirmed. They were not happy when they had to help provide some tap and paper for this extra large box that I did not want. Went to checkout and guess what, the box price went from the $2 that I thought it'd be, to $14. And my shipping should have been about $20 and was $60. Because they gave me this huge box. When I questioned it, they said that it was the smallest box they had that I could fit a laptop and they did not carry the size I wanted. Well, they could have said that. I'm shipping somewhere else for now on.
