As a paying customer expecting proper service, I was disappointed by Being given incorrect information about what services the store offers. Having to do the packaging myself despite needing assistance with heavy equipment. A lack of helpful guidance from the staff. I hope FedEx addresses this specific store’s training and service standards so other customers don’t have the same experience.

My package was put out for delivery, then sent back and was not even attempted to be delivered. The customer service is a mockery of no accountability for their faults. They mislabeled my package and have the gaul to blame the sender when they were the ones to relabel the package in their care. Now I have to take extra days off so “if” it does get delivered, it won’t be left out on my porch. If anyone reading reviews have to ship anything involved in this area, I would have to make apparent and imperative that you use another shipping company. You can’t trust any aspect of FedEx here. I will repost this review on all FedEx centers in this area, because of there lack of customer service you don’t actually know what center it’s coming from.
