They tried to charge me $18 for getting something printed same day, even though I’ve gotten things printed same day at least 100 times in the past two years and have never been charged for it. Especially as a business owner downtown on Broughton Street who has been using this company for years, this is ridiculous. When I expressed my frustration over the poor customer service, Teddy acted like the victim instead of addressing the issue. Myself and many of my colleagues have had similar negative experiences with this person.
