- TATammy ArnettNov 7, 20251.0I was sent an overnight package for Wednesday delivery and it was taken back to facility with an update stating delivery for next day. Thursday came, update said out for delivery and again, never delivered, taken back to facility. Friday, same thing, out for delivery and the end of the day, taken back to facility. Stayed home waiting each day, checking updates and again, taken back to facility and now stating delivery for Monday. Latest update said was “undeliverable” because no one was home. I have been home for two days waiting on it. I have a state of the art home security system and it picks up immediately when entering my driveway or passing by my home. I have PROOF that Fed Ex driver is LYING about TRYING to make delivery. They never came out! Over night is now 5 days later delivery?!?! Customer service at this location is non existent! Corporate needs to step in and make some changes. This is beyond unacceptable!
