This weekend I had a complicated shipping issue with sending a package to Dubai. J went above and beyond helping me and worked on it for multiple hours across several days. While I was in the store for literally almost two hours, I witnessed very efficient and solid customer service across the board. Keep up the good work, J and other staff!
