Ordering mass quantities of merch can be confusing and tough to manage. She makes my job easier. I know I can rely on her for anything - quotes, proofs, more ideas, Emily's got me. I have worked with various Merch/Swag companies and am always let down. I have never one had a major problem with Pinnacle. I had one minor issue and Emily helped me get it resolved quickly. Emily is a rare rep. I wish all companies had an Emily Schmidt. Thank you, Emily, for all you have done for me, I am greatly appreciative. Anytime I have a merch need, Emily is my first email.
