I was asked how many units I would be needing to store and I mentioned 1,050 to start to which the woman I was speaking to scoffed and rudely informed me "they were past working with small businesses" and she's sure someone could probably help and abruptly ended our call. That was quite unprofessional and to be honest knowing that's the level of arrogance communicated to potential clients I would never work with them. Everyone starts off somewhere, just because you can't assist me now doesn't mean you can't ever. Instead of planting a seed for a potential new client down the line, you just lost a future client and gained a terrible review.
