    Inconsistent, can be frustrating at times. Lately I’ve been having issues with drivers not attempting delivering my packages, call and speak with a manager that states will correct the issue with the drivers, for them to turn around and do the same. I have a ring camera and the drivers avoid delivering due to the hill up my driveway

    Jude was amazing, FedEx employees at this other location wouldn’t take my package, was super disrespectful and sent me on a wild goose chase to this other location 30 minutes away and said they were open. I showed up and they were closed but Jude opened up shop for me and got my package squared away.

    Ordered a 2 day shipping on a package on Tuesday. Was suppose to receive it Friday. Out for delivery Friday turned into delivery Monday by 8pm. Called customer service Friday evening and was given a commitment for delivery that evening. Saturday at noon (bc it didn’t arrive as guaranteed) called customer service again and they tell me if I can get to this location in 9 minutes, I can get my package. I live in Atlanta-you can’t get to your mailbox in 9 minutes! Now I will have to wait almost a whole week (possibly longer) from purchase on a delivery for a part to fix my washer. This location sucks and it’s sad that FedEx lies to customers. Had I known they wouldn’t even deliver it Friday I could’ve picked it up on time. DO BETTER FEDEX! Amazon would NEVER!
