  If this is FedEx’s service standard, it represents a serious lack of respect for customers. Staff openly kicked our package off the truck; this behavior goes far beyond a service attitude issue and constitutes clear negligence and irresponsibility. We strongly express our dissatisfaction and demand that this matter be handled seriously. 12/29/2025 15:40pm

  This norcross location which is where the tracking says my package is clearly they give fake status and this needs to be investigated because everyone can't be telling the same lie. The reviews saying the same thing. I sat here all day and it says theyre on their way a few minutes later it says undeliverable and will try again the next business day. They never attempted to try the first time. People are waiting for their packages and have paid money for delivery and these people have no respect for other people's time and hard earned money. This is ridiculous.

  Stellar service on Christmas Eve. Both Destiny & Nitchi were eager to assist with shipping request. Greeted with a smile and appreciate receiving service despite holiday rush. Thank you for all you do!

  My fiance was expecting a package yesterday containing our phones we ordered from AT&T. She was at home off this week & I was working from home as well. She knew the driver needed a signature, so she waited around to listen for the door. Around 11 or so, she finds out the driver left an attempt to delivery sticker on our door. Neither myself or my fiance heard anyone knock/ring the doorbell. She then had to call your terrible customer service. Why can't they get a hold of their own drivers directly?? After waiting & dealing with that, the rep told my fiance to just sign the back of that slip & the driver would return to drop it off. This was important to get done yesterday as neither or us are home today....so what does the driver do? Not follow instructions, leaves a 2nd delivery slip right next to the first one we were told to sign! So after this & the drivers incompetence, we had to waste two hours last night driving to your facility from Dacula...all bc your driver can't follow simple instructions! Should also note FedEx delivered my Steam Deck to the wrong address, in the rain, even after I called to prevent this previously. But FedEx could care less about our deliveries & nothing will happen to the driver. Speaking of which...why are there so many reviews of your drivers being shady & pretending like they really attempted trying go deliver something when they didn't? Hopefully AT&T will stop using FedEx, bc they have proven to be worthless. Thanks for wasting our time/gas yet again Fed Ex!

  Driver took a picture of my house but didn't even bother to get off the truck. Or ring the bell. I wonder if they realize people have door bell camera that records everything now days.
